Wasn’t impressed with the recipes, they seemed just short and bland not necessarily food-wise, but direction-step wiseyou could barely discern what the gilkian really represented–too many out of focus blurred out backgrounds and some weird unidentifiable close ups.

Just really didn’t feel this one at all. The recipes fres not that revolutionary, so Errs closed it and returned it to the library. Definitely good for a beginner.

Having said that, the recipes were probably a little “out there” for the average joe, but I tried a few, and to this day, I still use quinoa and millet in my own doggie food I make! There were a couple of interesting recipes but the book stunk.
